Abstract

Davlat xaridlari tizimining samaradorligi bevosita ushbu sohada faoliyat yuritayotgan kadrlarning malakasiva kasbiy tayyorgarligiga bog‘liq. Ushbu maqolada davlat xaridlari bo‘yicha mutaxassislarning salohiyatini oshirishningdolzarb jihatlari, xalqaro standartlar asosida tashkil etilayotgan malaka oshirish dasturlari, hamda O‘zbekistonda buboradagi islohotlar tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada, shuningdek, raqamli ko‘nikmalar, etik me’yorlar, korrupsiyaviy xavflarnikamaytirish hamda tahliliy fikrlashni rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlarida kadrlar tayyorlashning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari yoritiladi
