Abstract

Мақолада муаллиф томонидан рақамли иқтисодиётнинг ўрни ва роли, рақамли бошқарув тизиминиташкил этиш асослари, рақамли платформа ва унинг ўзаро боғлиқ элементлари, рақамли жамоа ҳамда акциядорликжамиятлари фаолиятида рақамли бошқарувни жорий этиш борасидаги амалга оширилаётган ишлар тўғрисидамаълумот берилган. Шунингдек, мақолада акциядорлик жамиялари бошқарув фаолиятини самарали баҳолаш вауларни рақамлаштириш масалаларини такомиллаштиришга оид муаллиф таклиф тавсиялари ишлаб чиқилган.
