O‘zbekistonda makroiqtisodiy uyg‘unlikka erishishning asoslari

Abstract

O‘zbekiston taraqqiyotidagi yangilanish davrida amalga oshiriladigan davlat siyosatining asosiyyo‘nalishlarini belgilab bergan Harakatlar strategiyasi hamda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining tegishliFarmoyishining qabul qilinishi mamlakat iqtisodiyoti va ijtimoiy-siyosiy rivojlanishiga katta turtki berdi. Ushbuhujjat doirasida korrupsiyaga qarshi kurash, davlat xizmatlarini elektron shaklga o‘tkazish, davlat boshqaruviningmuhim institutlari faoliyatini belgilash, naqdsiz pul muomalasini tashkil etish hamda mamlakatning energetikmustaqilligini ta’minlash kabi istiqbolli yo‘nalishlarni belgilab beruvchi hujjatlar qabul qilindi. Shu o‘rinda,eng muhim va nufuzli qarorlar sifatida ikki asosiy hujjatni alohida qayd etish lozim: a) milliy valyutani erkinkonvertatsiya qilish asosini yaratib bergan tarixiy Prezident Farmoni1, hamda b) inflyatsiyani targetlash (ya’nimaqsadli parametrlar doirasida ushlab turishga intilish) amaliyotiga o‘tishni belgilovchi Prezident qarori2.
