Abstract

Ushbu maqola biznes sohasida raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlash masalalarini yoritadi. Hozirgi zamonaviyish bozorida yuqori malakali va moslashuvchan mutaxassislarni tayyorlashning ahamiyati, raqobatbardoshliknioshirishning asosiy omillari, kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonida zaruriy kompetensiyalar va ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish yo‘llaritahlil qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, maqolada ta’lim va biznes o‘rtasidagi hamkorlik, uzluksiz o‘qitish tizimi, amaliyot vastajirovkalarning roli hamda xalqaro tajriba haqida fikr yuritiladi. Ushbu maqola tadqiqotchilar, ta’lim muassasalari, ishberuvchilar va mutaxassislarni tayyorlashga qiziqishi bo‘lganlar uchun foydali ma’lumotlar beradi.
