Abstract

Мазкур мақолада банкларнинг фойда солиғи кўриб чиқилган. Банклар ва манфаатдор томонлар учункорпоратив фойда солиғининг муҳим жиҳатлари кўриб чиқилган. Фойда солиғи қарзли молиялаштириш, солиқюки, ташкилий хўжалик шаклини танлаш, фойдани ўтказиш, молиявий ҳисоботларнинг шаффофлиги ва дефолтрискини баҳолашда муҳим ҳисобланади. Таҳлил натижасида банклар фойдасига солиқ солиш бўйича хулосаларшакллантирилган.
