Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot moliya va soliq sohasida mavjud bo‘lgan muammolarni va ularning yechimlarini o‘rganishgabag‘ishlangan. Soliq tizimining adolatliligi va samaradorligi bo‘yicha xalqaro tajribalar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda xususan,Germaniya va Singapur kabi davlatlarning muvaffaqiyatli soliq siyosati va ularni o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.Soliq tizmlarini raqamlashtirish, soliqdan bo‘yin tovlashga qarshi kurashish bo‘yicha takliflar beriladi. Xulosa sifatida,ushbu tajribalar asosida O‘zbekiston uchun mos bo‘lgan soliq islohatlari taklif etiladi.
