Abstract

Мақолада муаллиф томонидан тижорат банкларида стратегик режалаштиришни ташкил этишасослари, тамойиллари, режалаштириш жараёни, режалаштириш тизимининг ўзига хос хусусиятлари ёритилган.Муаллиф банкларда стратегик режалаштириш билан боғлиқ вазиятнинг мураккаблигини корпоратив бошқарувдаражаси билан изоҳлайди. Муаллиф томонидан банк самарадорлигини ошириш стратегиясининг стратегиктанлов матрицаси таклиф этилган. Шунингдек банки фаолияти самарадорлигини ошириш стратегиясинитакомиллаштиришга оид таклиф ва тавсиялар ишлаб чиқилган.
