Abstract

Сўнгги асрда инсоният екологияга етарли еътибор қаратмасдан ва атроф-муҳит ҳолатига етарлиғамхўрлик қилмасдан ривожланди. Натижада бутун екотизимларга антропоген тавсифдаги жиддийзарар етказилди ва бу жараён келажак авлодларнинг истиқболига таҳдид солмоқда. Бугунги тезкорўзгаришлар даврида “яшил” иқтисодиётга ўтиш муҳим ҳаётий еҳтиёжга айланиб бормоқда. Сайёрамиздашаҳарлар йириклашиб, аҳоли сони 20−35 миллионлик мегаполислар сони кўпайиб бормоқда, бу есаенергия ресурсларига, айниқса, ёқилғига бўлган талабни кун сайин оширмоқда.
