Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Buxoro viloyatida kichik va oʻrta biznesning rivojlanishi tahlil qilingan. Hududdagitumanlarning iqtisodiy faolligi va biznes salohiyati turlicha boʻlgani sababli, ularni toifalarga ajratish va rivojlanish imkoniyatlarinibaholash maqsad qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida kichik va oʻrta biznesni rivojlantirishga toʻsqinlik qilayotgan omillaraniqlandi va ularni bartaraf etish yoʻllari koʻrsatildi. Shuningdek, davlat tomonidan qoʻllab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari vakichik biznesning viloyat iqtisodiyotidagi oʻrni tahlil qilindi. Xususan, soliq imtiyozlari, moliyaviy qoʻllab-quvvatlash va infratuzilmanirivojlantirishga qaratilgan takliflar berilgan.
