Soliqqa Tortishning Mohiyati va Uni Iqtisodiyotdagi Ahamiyati

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada soliqlarning zamonaviy iqtisodiyotlarda qanday asosiy rol o‘ynashi keng qamrovli tarzdatushuntiriladi. Maqolada bevosita, bilvosita, ish haqi va kapital tushum soliqlari kabi soliq turlariga to‘xtalinib, ularningo‘ziga xos xususiyatlari va maqsadlari batafsil bayon etiladi. Soliqlarning daromad yig‘ish, boylikni taqsimlash, iqtisodiybarqarorlikni ta’minlash, xulq-atvorni o‘zgartirish va jamoat tovarlari hamda xizmatlarini moliyalashtirish kabi muhim funksiyalarita’kidlanadi. Soliqlar jamoat infratuzilmasini saqlash, ijtimoiy yordam dasturlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlash va uzoq muddatliiqtisodiy o‘sishni rag‘batlantirishda qanday ahamiyatga ega ekanligi haqida ma’lumot beriladi. Soliqlarning ko‘p qirralitabiati tahlil qilinib, uning farovonlik va tenglikni ta’minlovchi jamiyatni shakllantirishdagi muhimligi ta’kidlanadi. Ushbumaqola soliqlarning iqtisodiyot va fuqarolar farovonligi ustidagi ta’sirini tushunishga yordam beruvchi qiymatli manbasifatida xizmat qiladi.
