Abstract

Ushbu maqolada "yashil" iqtisodiyotga o‘tish va barqaror texnologik o‘zgarishlar tahlili markaziy o‘rin egallaydi.Global ekologik muammolar – iqlim o‘zgarishi, biologik xilma-xillikning kamayishi va suv tanqisligi kabi masalalar,barqarorlikni ta’minlash uchun "yashil" iqtisodiyotga o‘tish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada mavjud tizimlarni modernizatsiyaqilish, iqtisodiy va ekologik normativlarni kuchaytirish, shu bilan birga, ijtimoiy muammolarga samarali yеchim topishkabi muhim yo‘nalishlar yoritiladi. O‘zbekiston sharoitidagi alohida strategiya va yondashuvlar bo‘yicha amaliy takliflarkiritilib, barqaror rivojlanishga erishishning istiqbolli usullari aniqlanadi.
