Abstract

Inson kapitalining ahamiyati oshayotgan globallashuv davrida iqtidorli yosh kadrlarni tayyorlash davlat uchunasosiy vazifa hisoblanadi. Chunki aynan iqtidorli yoshlar kelgusi oʻn yilliklar uchun mamlakat iqtisodiyoti, ijtimoiy hayoti vamadaniyatini belgilab beruvchi qatlam hisoblanadi. Iqtidorli yoshlar bilan ishlash, ayniqsa, OTM faoliyatida muhim oʻrintutib, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlariga bevosita kadr chiqarish vazifasi bilan bogʻliqdir. Ushbu maqolada Toshkent davlat iqtisodiyotuniversitetida iqtidorli yoshlar bilan ishlash faoliyati va erishilgan natijalar tahlili amalga oshirilgan. Shuningdek, maqoladaxorij tajribasi, iqtidorli yoshlar bilan ishlash muammolari va ularga yechimlar aks etgan.
