Формирования Алгоритма Расчета Эффективности Транспортно-Логистической Системы Поставок Грузов

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы формирования региональных транспортно-логистических систем, пред-ставляющих собой весьма специфический класс проектов, требующие особого подхода к обоснованию и оценкеих эффективности оказание логистических услуг потребителям и удовлетворение потребительского спроса.Эффекты сгруппированы в три агрегированные группы: экономический (экономия общих транспортно-логисти-ческих затрат, экономия времени прохождения грузов и экономия объемов складских запасов), экологический(снижение экологической нагрузки окружающей среды) и социальный. Обеспечения доставки грузов в точноназначенный срок, свидетельствует о достаточной надежности выбранной системы доставки и позволяет избе-жать дополнительных затрат на выполнение таких операций, как: хранение дополнительных запасов у грузоот-правителей и грузополучателей; иммобилизация дополнительных товарно-материальных ценностей из сферыпроизводства на период хранения и доставки; содержание дополнительных средств и оборудования погрузки иразгрузки; использование потребителем более дорогих видов транспорта с целью предотвращения остановкипроизводственного процесса; снижение интенсивности протекания технологических процессов у грузоотправи-телей и (или) грузополучателей.
