Abstract

O‘zbekistonda davlat xizmatlari milliy tizimining shakllanishi va rivojlanishi qonunchilik islohotlari, texnologiktaraqqiyot va institutsional qayta qurish bilan tavsiflangan alohida bosqichlarni bosib o‘tdi. Tadqiqotda asosiy e’tibor mamlakatdadavlat xizmatini rivojlantirishning asosiy bosqichlarini belgilashga qaratilgan. Huquqiy hujjatlar, hukumat hisobotlari,ilmiy adabiyotlar va boshqa manbalarning tizimli tahlili davlat xizmatlari milliy tizimi taraqqiyoti evolyutsiyasini tushunishuchun asos bo‘ldi. Har bir bosqichni uning maqsadlari, siyosat islohoti, muammolari va natijalari nuqtayi nazaridantahlil qilish davlat xizmatlarining taraqqiyot yo‘lini har tomonlama tushunishga xizmat qiladi.
