Abstract

Ishsizlik Yangi O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining eng muhim muammolaridan biriga, shu bilan bir qatorda aholihayotining ajralmas elementiga aylanib bormoqda, bu nafaqat ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, balki mamlakatdagi siyosiy vaziyatgaham sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Shunday qilib, ishsizlik jamiyat hayotida murakkab va qarama-qarshi makroiqtisodiy vaijtimoiy hodisa sifatida harakat qiladi. Ushbu maqolada aholining o‘zini o‘zi bandligini ta’minlash, aholining doimiy daromadigaega bo‘lmagan qismini kasb-hunarga o‘rgatish, shuningdek, ishsiz aholini qashshoqlikdan chiqarish yo‘li bilankambag‘allikni qisqartirish doirasida amalga oshirilayotgan chora-tadbirlar va ularning samaralari yoritilgan.
