Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mehmonxonalarda ovqatlantirish xizmatlarining zamonaviy holati tahlil qilinib, mavjudtizimli muammolar va ularning yechim yo‘llari yoritilgan. Xususan, xizmatlar sifati, mahsulot yetkazib berish, gigiyenatalablariga rioya qilish, mijoz ehtiyojlariga moslashuv kabi jihatlar asosida sohaga doir dolzarb masalalar chuqur ko‘ribchiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida sohaga innovatsion yondashuvlar va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
