Abstract

Bugungi kunda bank tizimida raqobatning kuchayishi va bank xizmatlari ommabopligini oshirish, hududlardatadbirkorlikni rivojlantirish va aholining moliyaviy xizmatlarga boʻlgan ehtiyojlarini qondirish muhim ahamiyat kasbetmoqda. Ayniqsa, tijorat banklarining xizmatlar bozoridagi oʻrnini mustahkamlash va yuqori samaradorlikni ta'minlashdabanklarning asosiy sotuv kanali hisoblangan filial tarmoqlarini rivojlantirish va ular faoliyatini yanada takomillashtirishgae’tiborni kuchaytirish talab etilmoqda. Chunki tijorat banklari filiallarining bank xizmatlarini koʻrsatish tizimlarini rivojlantirish,banklar operasiyalarni standartlashtirish, bank risklarini nazorat qilish tizimini yaxshilash, bank obroʻsini maksimaldarajada oshirishda bank filiallari faoliyati natijalari va uni baholash tizimini takomillashtirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.Mazkur maqolada bank filiallari faoliyati samaradorligini baholashning nazariy asoslari tadqiq etilgan hamda tadqiqotnatijalariga asosan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
