Germaniya tajribasidan foydalanish orqali O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasidagi kadrlar salohiyatini rivojlantirish masalalari

Abstract

Turizm sohasi yildan yilga tez rivojlanayotgan sohalardan biri hisoblanadi. Sohada ko‘rsatiladigan xizmatlarsifati va kadrlar malakasini jahon talablariga mos ravishda rivojlantirish soha mutaxasislarining va davlat oldida turganmuhim vazifadir. Bunda jahon tajribasidan foydalanib turizm industriyasini rivojlantirish ko‘plab davlatlar uchun yuqorinatija bermoqda.O‘zbekiston turizmini rivojlantirishda ham ushbu tajribalardan foydalanish yildan yilga o‘z samarasinibermoqda. Ushbu maqolada Germaniya davlat ta’lim tizimida dual ta’limning afzalliklari hamda ushbu tizimningO‘zbekistonning turizm sohasiga kadrlar tayyorlashdagi imkoniyatlari va yutuqlari ko‘rib chiqildi.
