Abstract

Davlat ehtiyojlari uchun tovarlar, ishlar va xizmatlarni xarid qilish samaradorlik, shaffoflik va hisobdorliknitalab qiladigan boshqaruvning muhim jihati hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqola davlat xaridlari jarayonlarida duch keladiganmuammolarnikoʻrib chiqadi va samaradorlikni oshirish va xavflarni kamaytirish uchun potensial yaxshilanishlarni oʻrganadi.Bir qator ilmiy ishlarga asoslanib, ushbu tadqiqot davlat xaridlarini yanada soddalashtirilgan va sezgir tizimgaaylantirish uchun innovasion strategiyalar va eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni qabul qilishni qoʻllab-quvvatlaydi.
