Abstract

В стратегии реформирования банковской системы Республики Узбекистан на 2020-2025 годы отме-чено, что обеспечение финансовой стабильности банковской системы посредством улучшения качества кре-дитного портфеля и управления рисками, совершенствования корпоративного управления и привлеченияменеджеров с международным практическим опытом являются приоритетными направлениями реформиро-вания национальной банковской системы. Однако, низкая качества кредитного портфеля отечественных банковреспублики, относительно высокий уровень банковских рисков препятствуют обеспечению инвестиционной при-влекательности коммерческих банков. А, это обуславливает необходимость выявления актуальных проблем, свя-занных с обеспечением инвестиционной привлекательности и разработку научных предложений, направленныхна решение этих проблем.
