Abstract

Ushbu boshqaruv jarayonlarini optimallashtirish, resurslarning samarali taqsimoti va ishlab chiqarishnitakomillashtirish uchun zamonaviy innovatsiyalarni qo‘llash usullari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalar,avtomatizatsiya, va intellektual boshqaruv tizimlari orqali korxonaning ish faoliyatini yaxshilashga doir takliflar keltirilgan.Innovatsion yondashuvlardan samarali foydalanish orqali korxonaning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, bozordagimavqeini mustahkamlash va umumiy samaradorlikni kuchaytirish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Mazkur tadqiqot korxonalarningzamonaviy boshqaruv mexanizmlarini qo‘llash orqali samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan amaliyotlarni chuqur o‘rganishgayo‘naltirilgan bo‘lib, innovatsiyalarni joriy etish orqali iqtisodiy va moliyaviy ko‘rsatkichlarni yaxshilashga qaratilgantavsiyalarni ham o‘z ichiga oladi.
