Bozor bahosi usullari asosida loyiha tannarxining bir qismi sifatida mehnat xarajatlarini hisoblashning iqtisodiy modeli

Abstract

Investor uchun investitsion loyihaning qiymatini aniq hisoblash zarurati loyihani tizimlashtirishga yondashuvlarniizlash, shuningdek, mahsulot (xizmat)larning narxini hisoblash tartibini soddalashtirish uchun yangi talablarni taqazoqiladi. Loyihalashning investitsiyadan oldingi bosqichida xarajatlarni optimallashtirish jamlangan koʻrsatkichlardan foydalanganholda kapital qoʻyilmalarni hisoblash yoʻli bilan amalga oshirilishi kerak. Bunday vaziyatda birinchi navbatda ratsionva mehnat xarajatlariga e’tibor qaratish lozim. Muayyan davr uchun mumkin boʻlgan mehnat xarajatlarini hisoblashinvestitsion loyihani ishlab chiqishning dastlabki bosqichida qabul qilingan qarorlarning asosliligini oshirishga imkonberadi. Bugungi zamonaviy bozor sharoitida korxonalarda mehnat xarajatlarini hisoblash masalasiga yangi yondashuvniishlab chiqish zarur, bu bir tomondan mehnat xarajatlari miqdori va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini aniqlaydi, ikkinchitomondan, investitsion loyihani jozibador qiladi.
