Abstract

Milliy moliyaviy razvedka organlari faoliyatini takomillashtirish masalalari doimo dolzarb boʻlib kelgan vashunday boʻlib qoladi, chunki iqtisodiy sohadagi jinoyatchilik, shu jumladan, jinoiy yoʻl bilan olingan daromadlarni legallashtirishgava terrorizmni moliyalashtirishga oid jinoyatlarning oldini olish hamisha dolzarb boʻlib qolmoqda.Bu holat dunyo miqiyosida moliyaviy razvedka institutlarining usullari, shakllari va texnologiyalarini, jumladan, OʻzbekistonRespublikasida ham rivojlantirishni taqozo etadi. Ushbu maqolada mamlakatimizda milliy moliyaviy razvedka xizmatingasosiy faoliat yoʻnalishi boʻlgan jinoiy daromadlarni legallashtirish va terrorizmni moliyalashtirishga qarshi kurash sohasidagifaoliyatni rivojlantirishning asosiy yoʻnalishlari haqida fikr bildirilgan.
