Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bugungi kundagi iqtisodiyotdagi islohotlar, iqtisodiyotni yanada rivojlantirishda, undagi kamchilik va muammolarni o‘rganish va ularni bartaraf etish, xususan, professional ta’lim muassasalarida namunaviy shtat, smeta va shtat jadvallarni tuzish tartiblarini takomillashtirish, iqtisodiyotning o‘sishi va rivojlanishi borasida fikr yuritilgan.Insonlarning yashash tarzini sezilarli darajada yaxshilash qulayliklar yaratish, kundalik paydo bo‘ladigan savollarga oson va tezda javoblar topish, shuningdek, kundalik faoliyatimizda juda ko‘p uchraydigan muammolarning biri bo‘lgan shtat qisqarishi, mehnat shartnomasi bekor qilinishi, ishsiz qolish va ishsizlik, mehnat shartnomasini ish beruvchining tashabbusi bilan bekor qilishda ish beruvchi va xodim tomonidan e’tibor qaratilishi lozim bo‘lgan eng muhim holatlar yuzasidan so‘z yuritiladi.
