Abstract

Ushbu maqolada innovatsion jarayonni baholash va uning samaradorligini belgilash ham butun, ham alohidabosqichlarda amalga oshirilishi kerak. Bunday yondashuvga ehtiyoj, innovatsion jarayonni amalga oshirish uchunsarf-xarajatlar va xarajatlarni doimiy ravishda yakuniy bosqichida emas, balki barcha oraliq bosqichlarda doimiy xarajatlarnitalab qiladi. Bosqichma-bosqich baholash natijalari butun innovatsion jarayonning samaradorligini aniqlash uchunasos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi: g‘oyaning boshlanishi, ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilishi va innovatsiyalarni kichik biznesning rivojlanishiuchun yaratilishi tovar ishlab chiqaruvchilari va bevosita muayyan qo‘shimcha ta’sirlarni ishlab chiqarishda foydalanishlarimumkin bo‘lgan masalalari ko‘tarilgan.
