Abstract

maqolada davlat budjetidan aholini uy-joy bilan ta’minlash xarajatlarini moliyalashtirishning nazariy jihatlaritadqiq etilgan. Unda mahalliy va xorijiy olimlarning ilmiy tadqiqotlari bo‘yicha mustaqil mualliflik yondashuvlari ishabchiqilgan. Tadqiqotlar asosida mamlakatimizda aholini uy-joy bilan ta’minlashning nazariy jihatlari yuzasidan ilmiy taklifva tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
