Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalarini amalga oshirish va boshqarish mexanizmining tashkiliy-huquqiy asoslari yoritilgan. Davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosida ijtimoiy sohadagi loyihalarni amalga oshirishga doirqabul qilingan asosiy normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar tizimlashtirilgan. “Navoiyazot” AJ negizida davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosidakimyo-texnologik klasteri uchun issiqlik va quyosh elektr stansiyalarini barpo etish loyihasini amalga oshirish mexanizmimuallif ishlanmalari asosida tahlil qilingan. Tahlil natijalari asosida ilmiy-nazariy xulosalar shakllantirilgan.
