Abstract

В статье рассматривается трансформация человеческого капитала в банковской экосистеме в усло-виях цифровизации и внедрения искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Подчеркивается важность адаптации рабочихпроцессов и бизнес-моделей к новым технологическим условиям. Особое внимание уделяется необходимостиобучения и переквалификации сотрудников для повышения их компетенций в работе с большими данными иновыми технологиями. Анализируются примеры успешного применения ИИ в банковской сфере и делаютсявыводы о необходимости стратегических инвестиций в человеческий капитал для обеспечения устойчивого раз-вития коммерческих банков.
