Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mehnat resurslarini samarali boshqarish va ish bilan bandlikni ta’minlashning ahamiyatitahlil qilinadi. Mehnat resurslarini boshqarishning asosiy maqsadlari, jumladan, mahsuldorlikni oshirish, xodimlarningqobiliyat va ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish hamda ishchi kuchi barqarorligini ta’minlash haqida so‘z yuritiladi. Shuningdek,ish bilan bandlikni ta’minlashning asosiy strategiyalari, jumladan, ta’lim va kasbiy tayyorgarlik dasturlari, yangi isho‘rinlari yaratish, raqobatbardosh mehnat bozori yaratish va aholini band qilish bo‘yicha maxsus dasturlar muhokamaqilinadi. O‘zbekistonda ushbu yo‘nalishda olib borilayotgan keng ko‘lamli chora-tadbirlar, xususan, davlat rahbari ShavkatMirziyoyevning farmonlari va qarorlari ijrosi hamda ilmiy-tadqiqot markazlarining roli yoritiladi.
