Abstract

Ushbu maqolada jismoniy tarbiya va sport sohasini davlat-xususiy sheriklik asosida boshqarishning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy ahamiyati, investitsiya loyihalarni amalga oshirishda davlatning xususiy sherikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash, xususiysherikka tijorat banklardan imtiyozli kreditlar ajratish, ushbu sohada qonunchilik bazani mukammallashtirish vaxorijiy mamlakatlar tajribalarini o‘zimizga moslashtirishimiz kerakligi e’tirof etilgan. DXSH borasidagi qonunchilikda keltirilganhujjatlar har bir shaxs turmush tarzining farovonligi, iqtisodiyotni maqsadli boshqarishda davlat aralashuvini keskinkamaytirish orqali sog‘lom raqobat muhitini yaratish va tadbirkorlarga o‘z faoliyatini yo‘lga qo‘yish uchun keng imkoniyatlaryaratish ko‘zda tutilgan.
