Abstract

Maqolada soliq va soliq tizimining iqtisodiy ahamiyati, soliqlarning moliyaviy munosabatlarga xos bo‘lganxususiyatlari va funksiyalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Soliqlarning davlat bilan yuridik va jismoniy shaxslar o‘rtasida pul munosabatlaridagiishtiroki o‘rganilib, davlat byudjetini shakllantirishda soliqlarning o‘rni ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, mazkurmaqolada sоliq tо‘lоvchilаrning еrkinligini tа’minlаshda mahalliy va davlat hokimyatni o'rni va vakolatli organlar ishtirokigaham e’tibor qaratilgan.
