Abstract

Ushbu maqolada banklarning qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozoridagi faoliyatini takomilashtirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqot rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar va O‘zbekistondagi banklarning faoliyatidagi farqlarga e’tibor qaratgan holda,ularning samaradorligiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillarni ko‘rib chiqadi. Moliyaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanish, risklarniboshqarish strategiyalari, mutaxassislarni tayyorlash, xalqaro hamkorlik va huquqiy asoslar kabi masalalar tahlil qilinganbo‘lib, tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston banklari o‘z faoliyatini qanday yaxshilashi mumkinligini ko‘rsatib beradi. Bu esabanklarning moliyaviy barqarorligi va bozor raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
