Abstract

Рост экономических возможностей Китая, России, стран Юго-Восточной Азии и стран глобальногоЮга имеет свой путь развития, независимо от желаний третьих стран. В частности, на евразийскомпространстве созданы Евразийский экономический союз, Шанхайская организация сотрудничества,Организация тюркских государств и другие международные организации. Если в своей ранней деятельностивышеуказанные объединения больше ориентировались на декларативные, культурно-гуманитарные структурныеотношения, то сейчас они стремятся к экономическому, политическому и военному сотрудничеству вопрекиодностороннему толкованию общепризнанных ценностей и основ демократического управления нациями.В статье анализируются способы управления миропорядком, инновации в организации мировой финансовойсистемы, технологические достижения, а также новые институциональные основы противостояния Запад-Акула-Юг с использованием информационных методов управления массовым сознанием.
