Abstract

Ushbu maqolada anʼanaviy banklarda islomiy darchalarni ochish, islomiy bank tamoyillariga rioya qilishnitaʼminlash boʻyicha meʼyor va talablar oʻrganiladi. Asosiy jihatlarga foizsiz kredit berish va shaffof manfaatdorlik hamdaislomiy mahsulotlarni ishlab chiqish kiradi. Maqolada, shuningdek, xodimlarni oʻqitish, mijozlarni oʻqitish, moslashtirilganichki nazorat va raqobarbardoshlik muhimligiga urgʻu beriladi. Bundan tashqari, Malayziya, BAA, Buyuk Britaniya,Pokiston va Saudiya Arabistoni xalqaro tajribalarini oʻrganib chiqilib, turli xil moliyaviy tizimlarda islomiy darchalarnimuvaffaqiyatli amalga oshirishga hissa qoʻshadigan turli me'yoriy-huquqiy bazalar, bozor amaliyotlari va oʻsish tashabbuslartahlil qilinadi.
