Banklarni davlat tasarrufidan chiqarish va xususiylashtirish ispaniya tajribasi

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada so‘nggi yillarda Ispaniya bank sektoridagi o‘zgarishlar va asosiy tendensiyalar tahlil qilinadi.Ispaniya bank sektorining asosiy statistik ma’lumotlari, jumladan, jami aktivlar, bozor ulushi, muammoli kreditlar, rentabellikva kapitalning yetarlilik koeffitsiyenti tahlili keltirilgan. Xususan, Ispaniya bank sektorining rentabelligi yaxshilandiva kapitalning yetarlilik koeffitsiyenti oshdi, shuningdek, bozor konyukturasi va zamon talablari ta’siri ostida raqamlashtirishningsezilarli tezlashishi kuzatildi. Maqolada, shuningdek, bank sektoridagi konsolidatsiya jarayoni, shu jumladan,CaixaBanki Bankianing 2020-yilda birlashishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Va nihoyat, maqolada Ispaniyada banklarni davlat tasarrufidanchiqarish jarayoni qisqacha muhokama qilinadi, ushbu jarayonning afzalliklari va kamchiliklari, shu jumladan,samaradorlik va rentabellikni oshirish, shuningdek yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan salbiy oqibatlar yoritilgan. Umumanolganda, maqolada Ispaniya bank tizimining barqarorligi va kelajakda uning raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlash uchunyanada moslashish va innovatsiyalar zarurligi ta’kidlangan.
