Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mintaqa mehnat bozorida ishchi kuchining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish, ishchi kuchiningsifat koʻrsatkichlarini toʻxtovsiz oshirib borish, bu esa, mehnat bozorining asosiy omili sifatida koʻrib chiqiladi. Jahondagirivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasi, mintaqa mehnat bozorini tartibga soladigan meʼyorlar, ijtimoiy ahamiyatga ega boʻlgansiyosiy barqarorlik, fuqarolar totuvligi va huquq-targʻiboti, inson kapitalining yuksak sifatliligi va yuqori mehnat unumdorliginitaʼminlashi tahlil etiladi.
