Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston soliq qonunchiligining me’yoriy-huquqiy bazasi o‘rganildi, asosiy e’tibor soliqqonunchiligi, soliq to‘lovchilarning majburiyatlarining roliga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, u umumiy muammolar, jumladan,soliq majburiyatlari ijrosini takomillashtirish hamda soliq to‘lashdan bo‘yin tovlash, soliq qonunchiligi va soliq qoidalariniyanada aniqroq va soddalashtirish zarurligi bo‘yicha xulosalar shakllantirilgan. Shu bilan birga, ayrim muhim islohotlaro‘rganilib, xorij tajribasi, mamlakatimizda uni qo‘llash bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy xulosa va takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
