Abstract

Mazkur maqola raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida jamoat tashkilotlarini boshqarishni takomillashtirishga oidnazariy qarashlarni o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Raqamli transformatsiya jamoat tashkilotlari boshqaruvining samaradorliginioshirib, xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini yaxshilash va shaffoflikni ta’minlashga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, jamoattashkilotlarini boshqarishni takomillashtirishda raqamli texnologiyalarni muvaffaqqiyatli joriy qilish bo‘yicha zarur bo‘lganstrategik yondashuvlar haqida nazariy ma’lumot berilgan.
