Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalarida intellektual resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligini oshirish mexanizmlarinitahlil qiladi. Intellektual resurslar korxonaning strategik afzalliklarini ta’minlashda va raqobatbardoshliginioshirishda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Innovatsiya va raqamli transformatsiya, amaliy bilim va tajriba, axborot tizimlari va axborotniboshqarish, ishbilarmonlik jarayonlarini takomillashtirish, kooperatsiya va sherikchilik, hamda motivatsiya va ijtimoiyfaoliyat kabi mexanizmlar o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shundan iboratki, avtomatizatsiya, xodimlarning malakasinioshirish, axborot tizimlarini joriy qilish, Lean va Agile metodologiyalari, universitetlar va tadqiqot institutlari bilan hamkorlikqilish, va samarali motivatsiya tizimlari korxonalarning intellektual resurslardan samarali foydalanishini oshirishga yordamberadi. Ushbu mexanizmlarning birgalikda qo‘llanilishi sanoat korxonalarida ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini optimallashtirishgava ularning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga imkon beradi.
