Abstract

Bugungi kunda mamlakatimizda savdo korxonalarining faoliyatini takomillashtirish, ularning barqarorliginita’minlash, mijozlarga sifatli xizmat ko‘rsatish va xizmatlar sohasida sog‘lom raqobatni shakllantirishda tijorat banklarihamda ular ko‘rsatayotgan xizmat sifati muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi statistika agentligima’lumotlaridan foydalangan holda, savdo korxonalari, tijorat banklari faoliyatini barqarorlashtish yo‘llari o‘rganilganhamda tijorat banklari xizmatlaridan foydlanayotgan mijozlar so‘rovnomasi natijalari asosida ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalarberilgan.
