Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются последствия запрета ароматизированных электронных сигарет ивейпов с акцентом на поведение потребителей в Узбекистане. Исследование, в ходе которого был опрошен 1031активный пользователь вейпов, подчеркивает значительные проблемы и непредвиденные последствия, которыеможет повлечь за собой такой запрет.В статье изучаются предпочтения потребителей в отношении альтернативных мер регулирования, также здесьподчеркивается сложность регулятивных мер в борьбе с табаком. Оно предполагает, что прямые запреты могутнеэффективно снизить уровень курения и привести к негативным последствиям для здоровья населения. Полу-ченные результаты дают возможность политикам рассмотреть более эффективные стратегии регулированиявейп-индустрии.
