Abstract

Maqolada aholi daromadlarini oshirishda asalarichilikning ahamiyati bayon etilgan. Muallifning fikricha, asalarichiliksohasida fermer va dehqon xo‘jaliklarining rahbarlari va ishchilari hamda tomorqa yer egalarini qayta tayyorlashva malakasini oshirish uchun grantlar ajratilishi ham muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib agrobiznesni rivojlanishiga imkoniyatyaratadi. Lekin, shu bilan birga, davlat tomonidan tartibga solishning an’anaviy iqtisodiy usullardan foydalanish ayrim hollardabu vositalarning samarasizligini ko‘rsatmoqda. Demak, oilaviy va tadbirkorlikning boshqa shakllarini rivojlantirishdadavlatning yangi usullari, dastaklari va davlat-xususiy sherikchilikka asoslangan tizimli yondashuvi kerak bo‘ladi.
