Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mamlakatimizda bugungi kunda moliya tizimining tarkibiy tizimi ko‘rib chiqiladi, xususanuning elementlaridan biri ‒ davlat byudjetdan tashqari jamg‘armalari. Mavjud ilmiy tahlil moliyaviy tizimning alohida elementlarining xususiyatlari bo‘yicha pozitsiyalar, davlat byudjetdan tashqari jamg‘armalarining moliya tizimidagi o‘rni ko‘rsatilgan, ularning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy taraqqiyotdagi roli va ahamiyati ilmiy-amaliy asoslab berilgan.
