Abstract

Mazkur maqola tahliliy tadqiqot sifatida qonun hujjatlari va ilmiy-nazariy manbalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.Maqolada sohaga oid ilmiy tushunchalar, Prezidentimiz tomonidan chiqarilayotgan Farmon va qarorlar, olimlarningnazariy qarashlari, korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashishda rivojlangan davlatlarning tajribalari tahlili va tijorat banklarida buborada olib borilayotgan ishlar haqida bayon qilingan.
