Atrof-muhitga zararsiz, tabiiy tarkibli korroziya ingibitorlari turlarini tahlil qilish

Abstract

Bugungi kunda neft va gaz sanoatida metal konstruksiyalarining korroziyaga uchrashidan mamlakat iqtisodiyotijiddiy zarar ko‘rmoqda. Korroziya jarayonini butkul to‘xtatishning iloji yo‘q. Lekin uni oldini olish, korroziya jarayoninisekinlashtirish mumkin. Buning uchun lak-bo’yoqli, epoksi va polietilen qoplamalar ishlatilmoqda, uskuna yasalayotganmetalning tarkibiga turli xil korroziyabardosh boshqa metallar bilan ishlov berilmoqda hamda ingibitorlardan foydalanilmoqda.Antikorrozion ingibitorlar metal sirtida himoya qatlamini hosil qilish yoki korroziya reaksiyasini o‘zgartirish orqalikorroziyani oldini olish uchun materiallarga qo‘shiladigan modda yoki moddalar birikmasidir. Ingibitorlarning turlari judaham ko‘p bo‘lib tarkibiga ko‘ra ular organik yoki noorganik bo‘lishi mumkin. Noorganik moddalardan tayyorlanadiganingibitorlar sanoatda organik ingibitorlarni qo‘llashga mos kelmaydigan yuqori harorat va bosimli muhitlarda qo‘llaniladi.Noorganik ingibitorlar yakka holda va organik ingibitorlar bilan birgalikda qo‘llaganda ham yuqori samaradorlik berishianiqlangan.
