Abstract

Maqolada qurilish madaniyati taraqqiyotining tarixiy an’analari, shuningdek, uy-joy qurilishi sohasi hozirgidavrda milliy iqtisodiyotning drayveri ekanligi, so‘nggi yillarda uy-joylarni foydalanishga topshirish va aholining o‘rtachauy-joy bilan ta’minlanganlik ko‘rsatkichlari tahlili, uy-joy qurilishi madaniyati tushunchasi va uning asosiy tamoyillari bayonetilgan. Shu bilan birga, maqolada zamonaviy uy-joy qurilishi madaniyatidagi asosiy muammolari ko‘rsatilgan bo‘lib,jamiyat ehtiyojlariga javob beradigan barqaror va sifatli uy-joylarni barpo etish uchun qurilish madaniyatini yanada takomillashtirishning istibolli yo‘nalishlari tavsiya etilgan.
