Abstract

O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalarida strategik boshqaruv tizimi ta’lim muhitini shakllantirish va ta’lim sifatinioshirishda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Ushbu tizimning asosiy xususiyatlari va natijalarini ko‘rib chiqamiz, ya’ni O‘zbekistonuniversitetlarida strategik menejment tizimining xususiyatlari: maqsadga yo‘naltirilganligi, moslashuvchanligi, kompleksyondashuvi, sifat menejmenti, strategik rejalashtirish kabilar sanaladi.Strategik boshqaruv tizimining natijalari: ta’lim sifatini oshirish, xalqaro hamkorlikni kengaytirish, sanoat, innovatsiyalarva texnologiyalar bilan aloqalarni mustahkamlash, akademik harakatchanlikni oshirish, barqaror rivojlanish va ijtimoiymas’uliyatni oshiradi. Yangi O‘zbekiston OTMlarida strategik boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish ta’lim sifatini oshirish,xalqaro hamkorlikni kengaytirish va ishlab chiqarish bilan aloqalarni mustahkamlash va raqobatbardosh mutaxassislartayyorlash bilan birga mamlakatimiz barqaror rivojlanishini qo‘llab-quvvatlashga xizmat qilmoqda.
