Abstract

Ushbu maqolada farmatsevtika sanoatida mijozlar bilan munosabatlarning an’anaviy tizimi hamda raqamli texnologiyalarni rivojlanishini ahamiyati va zarurati nazariy ma‘lumotlar asosida ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu maqolada mijozlarga yo’naltirilgan yondashuvlardan raqamli transformatsiyalarga qadar iste’molchilarning xatti-harakatlari bilan belgilanadigan davrda muvaffaqiyatga olib keladigan asosiy yo’nalishlarini o’rganadi.
