Abstract

Ko‘pgina tashkilotlar, eng yaxshi mehmonxona brendlari ma’lumotlar va vazifalarni elektron tarzda qaytaishlashga yordam beradigan texnologik jihatdan onlayn tizimlardan foydalanishni boshladilar. Mehmonxona mulkini boshqarishtizimi yoki mehmonxona PMS sifatida tanilgan ushbu dastur mehmonxona boshqaruviga raqamli platformalardanfoydalanishga imkon beradi, masalan, bron qilish, mehmonlarni ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazish va shu bilan birga xodimlarning ishiniyengillashtiradi.Ushbu maqolada biz rezervationlar, front va back-ofis operatsiyalari bilan shug‘ullanadigan mulkni boshqarish tizimlari(PMS)ni tahlil qilamiz. Bundan tashqari PMS ning asosiy funksiyalari haqida, turli provayderlar tomonidan taqdim etilganmahsulotlarni solishtirish va mehmondo‘stlik biznesi uchun eng mos tizimni tanlash bo‘yicha tavsiyalar bilan tanishishingizmumkin.
