Abstract

O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qishloq ho‘jalik sanoatida uzumchilik mahsulotlarni ishlab chiqarishda iqtisodiyrivojlanishining ustvor yo‘nalishlaridan biridir. Sanoat korxonalarida ishlab chiqarishni strategik boshqarishda modellashtirishmasalasi tobora dolzarb bo‘shlib qolmoqda. Umuman olganda, strategik boshqaruv jarayoni evolyutsion xususiyatgaega va bozor iqtisodiyotiga ega bo‘lgan har bir davlat uchun zarurdir. Uzumchilik va vinochilik korxonalarida ishlab chiqarishnistrategik boshqarishda tizimli klasterli modellash sohasidagi ilmiy kuzatuvular natijalari ishlab chiqarish jarayoniningtashkiliy va ishlab chiqarish zanjirini shakllantirishga strategik yondashuvni aniqlaydi.
